The Custom Report and Charts feature is a flexible Report Designer that allows you to build your company-specific Excel and Dashboard reports and charts that can be shared across projects and made available to your users for inclusion in their Executive and Project Dashboards. The Jobsite Report Designer feature provides you with various data fields from the Jobsite Timesheet workflow, and a variety of formatting options to create unlimited Jobsite Daily Reports for all of your reporting needs.
- Open Projects
- Click the Custom Reports and Charts tab or the Jobsite Report Designer.
Custom Reports and Charts has three types of report formats that can be created and maintained in the Designer and then made accessible to users:
- Custom Dashboard Reports are accessible to users both in the Project Dashboard Metrics (Project-Level) and the Executive Dashboard (Global)
- Custom Dashboard Charts which are accessible to users solely on the Project Dashboard Metrics area.
- Custom Templated Reports (Excel) that can be shared across projects. The Template Reports are accessible to users within the Project Reports tab.
The Jobsite Report Designer allows you to create unlimited Reports for access within the Jobsite Timesheet.
